Position Summary: 

Fox Factory is seeking an experienced and qualified candidate for an immediate full-time job opening for the position of Manager, Business Process & Transformation to support our Powered Vehicles Group (PVG) reporting to the Sr. Demand Planning Manager.  

Position Responsibilities: 

Works on moderately complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. 
May exercise independent judgment in methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. 
Be customer focused and use process to understand and illustrate the problem to solve. 
Map business capabilities and key processes. 
Assess areas for improvement. 
Eliminate “tasks” that do not add value (remove waste). 
Builds trust by acting as a liaison between business leadership stakeholders, product managers and technology. 
Design, maintain & document process map(s) to show outcomes. 
Use process to show risks or possible pain points; areas that will need a solution. 
Lead process design to facilitate development of business solutions that combine knowledge of business processes and issues, general technological options and process improvement techniques.  
Establishes and maintains constructive working relationships and keeps stakeholders informed of progress or status, addressing the underlying needs of the stakeholders. 
Participates in functional and cross functional teams to meet objectives, improve processes, and improve stakeholder satisfaction. 
Ability to build consensus among individuals with differing perspectives. 
Strong organizational skills. 
Creative mindset/problem solver - ability to look beyond current procedures for improvement opportunities, think conceptually and understand impact of decisions. 

Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required: 

5+ years in a similar role. 
EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) experience. 
Process Mapping and Business Process reengineering (Lean and or Six Sigma skills preferred). 
Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyze business processes and workflows. 
Experience defining and communicating business requirements. 
Experience developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations. 
High attention to detail.

Position Qualifications: 


Master's degree in business or a related field. 

Acquired PMP or CAPM Certification. (Preferred) 
Experience with PPM tools: e.g. Microsoft PPM, Clarity, other. 
Proficient with MS Project. 
Experience with Oracle or Qlik View software/tools 
Experience building presentations for Senior Leadership 
Work Environment and Physical Requirements: 

Manufacturing Environment 

May lift up to 50 lbs. 

Requires walking, standing, bending and lifting for long periods of time 

Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer
