Description

This position will work primarily on collaborative projects between PIs in the Center and other Institutions on RNA sequencing projects involving preclinical models in mice and human patient samples. The successful applicant should have extensive experience in RNA sequencing analysis, MatLab and advanced statistics. The applicant will be expected to analyze data, write methods, generate figures and contribute to manuscripts and grant proposals.



Minimum Education and Experience

- Master's degree in field directly related to research- Two (2) years of experience/expertise performing research relating to a specified field of study- Or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience totaling at least eight years.



Preferred Education and Experience

Masters Level with training in bioinformatics and/or systems biology; Strong communication skills are required
