EMBARC HR Innovators Summit call for speakers

After a year like no other, we know you have a lot to say…

Tell your story alongside fellow luminaries and practitioners on the EMBARC 2021 HR Innovators Summit stage! We’re looking for talent acquisition and employer brand leaders who wish to share their success stories, trials and tribulations, sparks of innovation, and other insights with fellow thought leaders.

Just like we did at the last EMBARC, our goal this year is to assemble a speaking panel with high-impact, no-fluff content and a diverse range of voices and perspectives that will generate engaging discussions, challenge attendees to think differently, and give participants concrete takeaways they can implement immediately.

EMBARC 2021 HR Innovators Summit will be held October 5-7 at Pasea Hotel & Spa in Huntington Beach, California.

Important dates

Deadline: July 15, 2021
Speaker acceptance: We will notify all speakers by July 31.

Session types

We are looking for solo presenters, panels, debates, workshops, and other creative learning formats. Sessions are generally 45 minutes in duration, but we’ll also consider 30-minute sessions and workshops ranging from 1.5 to 3 hours.


Please provide a concise description of your session as you would have it appear on the EMBARC website. Be sure to include attendee takeways. Be specific, and please remember that attendees are experts in their field. Eligible sessions will be submitted to be HRCI- and SHRM-approved.


We are interested in speaking submissions on topics including but not limited to the following with an emphasis on less theory, more strategy and execution:

  • social recruiting and employer branding success stories, best practices, and tips
  • trends in social media, social recruiting, and employer branding
  • recruiting more diverse candidates
  • diversity, equity, inclusion, and workplace culture
  • innovations in talent acquisition
  • post-Covid lessons and trends that will endure
  • future of recruiting and the workplace
  • winning recruitment marketing trends and strategies
