Product access and usage

Are there usage limits on the number of jobs or posts?

All of our plans include unlimited posts. Paid growth and Enterprise subscriptions also include unlimited jobs. The free trial is limited to 10 jobs, which you can swap out at anytime.

Is there a limit on social media integrations or connected profiles?

Nope! All of our plans include unlimited connected profiles.

Connected unlimited company profiles on LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, and Instagram.

Connected unlimited personal profiles—recruiters and employees—on LinkedIn and Twitter/X.

Does the ATS integration require security reviews?

Nope—and it’s one of our customers’ favorite things about HireSocial! We are a noninvasive technology, meaning we never access your internal or candidate data; only publicly available information, your job postings, and your career site.

How do recruiter and employee profiles get connected? Do you access their personal data?

Through a secure link, users connect their LinkedIn profiles by granting permission for HireSocial to publish scheduled posts on their behalf. HireSocial only accesses the profile name and photo on the social media account and does not have access to direct messages or other personal data. Users can pause or disconnect their profiles at any time.

How many admin users are included?

All of our plans include unlimited admin users.

Can I add or remove users?

Yes, as an admin, you can add or remove users at any time!
