Curtis Peele is responsible for all legal functions at CareerArc, including commercial contracts, compliance, corporate governance, intellectual property, privacy, enforcement, strategic partnerships, equity financings, and mergers and acquisitions.
Curtis has over 15 years of legal experience advising emerging technology companies. Prior to CareerArc, Curtis served as legal counsel at Myspace, Inc. and was a technology transactions associate at Latham & Watkins LLP.
Curtis received his JD from the Duke University School of Law and his BA in Government from Dartmouth College.
