As Chief Revenue and Client Officer, Mark Fordham is responsible for new business, client success, and ongoing account growth and retention. He leads a team of highly passionate social recruiting experts who bring in new clients, onboard them successfully, and make sure they leverage the full capabilities of the CareerArc platform to achieve their talent acquisition and employer brand goals. With 20+ years of experience in client success, account management, and sales including in HR tech, Mark has built teams across several technology sectors, including both private and public companies.

His previous executive positions include SVP Customer Success at Totango and SVP Customer Success, Sales and Account Management at ReadyTalk, Inc. and iMeet Central (both acquired by PGi). Before joining iMeet Central, Mark served in key leadership roles in software implementation and leading large-scale, nationwide customer marketing programs.

He received his BA in Education from Biola University.
