As Chief Strategy and Sales Officer, Mark Fordham is responsible for strategic partnerships and initiatives and bringing in new business. With 25 years of experience in client success, account management, sales, and go-to-market strategy including in HR tech, Mark has built teams across several technology sectors, including both private and public companies.

His previous executive positions include Chief Client and Revenue Officer at CareerArc, SVP Customer Success at Totango, and SVP Customer Success, Sales and Account Management at ReadyTalk, Inc. and iMeet Central (both acquired by PGi). Before joining iMeet Central, Mark served in key leadership roles in software implementation and leading large-scale, nationwide customer marketing programs.

He received his BA in Education from Biola University.
